Our Pathway to 2030: Driving Impact for a Better Future

At Spice Services, sustainability is embedded in our operations and supply chain. We are committed to creating a better future by integrating environmental, social, and ethical practices into our business strategy. Our focus is on reducing emissions, promoting responsible sourcing and fostering DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) throughout our supply chains.
By 2030, we aim to significantly reduce our environmental footprint, support sustainable farming, enhance supply chain transparency, and drive positive social and economic impact. Through clear goals and measurable progress, we ensure accountability while contributing to the well-being of both people and the planet.

Sustainability
The three core pillars of our 2030 Sustainability Strategy

Sustainability
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Our sustainability ambitions and key targets are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to drive meaningful change in our supply chains by 2030:

Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for employees and supply chain workers and promoting well-being initiatives.

Increasing female representation in management to a minimum of 40% within our company and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across our supply chain partnerships.

Promoting ethical sourcing, ensuring fair wages for farmers and workers, and requiring 100% of suppliers to adhere to social audit standards (SMETA, ETI, or equivalent).

Enhancing supply chain transparency by mapping 70% of our sales volume down to the aggregation level and ensuring 80% of our packaging is fully recyclable.
